CABG provided slightly better quality of life scores than DES-PCI between 12 months and 2 years, with a mean treatment benefit of 2.2 points on the SAQ-QoL subscale at 24 months (p=0.003). DES-PCI was superior at 1 month (-1.9 points, p=0.03). The magnitude of benefit was small and may not be clinically meaningful.
