Patients receiving methylene blue reported significantly lower postoperative pain scores from the 1st to 7th days after surgery and required fewer analgesic drugs compared to the control group.
Acupuncture showed a gradual improvement in pain relief over time, with a statistically significant total effective rate of 1.14 compared to the control group. The degree of pain was significantly reduced after 2 days of intervention, with a mean difference of -0.41.
