No B.S. Med provides research-grounded health information through the No B.S. Med API and ChatGPT integrations.
When you use No B.S. Med through ChatGPT, we may receive the text of your query and technical request data needed to return a response.
We use this information to process your request, retrieve relevant evidence from the No B.S. Med knowledge graph, and maintain service reliability and security.
If you submit a research request on nobsmed.com (the medical advice you received and any personal context, together with your email address), we use it only to research and email you a report. We ask you not to include identifying details such as your name, date of birth, or record numbers. We delete your submission within 7 days of receiving it (or of emailing your report, whichever is sooner), and you can ask us to delete it sooner at any time by replying to our email or using the contact below. As described under Data retention below, we may keep limited request logs for reliability and security; by default these do not include the health details you pasted.
We may retain request logs for a limited period for reliability, security, and debugging. We do not sell personal data.
We may use infrastructure or hosting providers required to operate the service. We do not share user data except as needed to operate, secure, or comply with law.
No B.S. Med provides informational research summaries and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
